The orange just tasted watery as they were always lax in refiling it. The server did not wear gloves, the bread area did not have thongs so people had their hands all over the breads when choosing. The dining area had a total disregard for cleanliness. Every morning the butter was frozen and impossible to spread, The bagels were also frozen, When food on the buffet ran out, it took a while to refill because obviously they were short staffed. The hotel serves a buffet breakfast, Its obvious they are short staffed and that created problems. To start out with, they claim to be a non smoking hotel but the first room we received reeked of cigarettes! They gave us a different room immediately after we complained. The manager Olivia was understanding and polite but obviously she could only do so much. On the positive side of this review the front desk staff was sweet and as helpful as possible.
